Let’s not use this “no gym” as an excuse to be completely lazy and fall off track⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s a downward spiral, and once you fall down it it’s very hard to pick yourself back up and find motivation ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Tips for staying on track through this period ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✨ DONT EAT LIKE AN ASSHOLE ⁣⁣ Guys now is more important than ever that you fuel your body right ⁣⁣ Eat as many greens as you can to keep you fuller for longer and to soak your body full of antioxidants⁣⁣ Greens are generally very low in calories meaning you can eat LARGER portions with less calories ⁣⁣ Track your macros, if you know you’re unable to train at least try and do some sort of exercise outdoors or at home to keep you sane and to stay on track ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✨ TRY TO FORM A ROUTINE ⁣⁣ So majority of people are out of their routine at the moment, and that’s okay ⁣⁣ CHANGE IS GOOD ⁣⁣ we live in a forever adapting world, our body adapts, our minds adapt ⁣⁣ Try not to focus on the negatives and look at this just as a change up to routine which is great for your mental state ⁣⁣ If you’re working from home, try to still set an alarm, still eat your meals at a certain time and set out your downtime for the day too ⁣⁣ You will find it much easier to stay on track if you have a routine ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✨ STOP STRESSING ⁣⁣ The more you stress the worse you’ll make it, your cortisol will rise, you’ll most likely stress eat or binge and it’s all a downward spiral from there ⁣⁣ Unfortunately life throws you curve balls and stressing is doing ABSOLUTELY nothing good for your body ⁣⁣ Make the most of it, it’s not the end of the world ( not yet ) and focus on more important things like your health and other people’s health ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Stay safe kids #fuckcovid-19 ⁣ ⁣ Wearing @stopit_i_likeit new luxe line use the link in my bio to see their range! ⁣ -⁣ -⁣ -⁣ -⁣ -⁣ #fitfam #fitspo #fitness #fitlife #fitgirls #fitnessjourney #fitnessvideos #fitnesstips #workout #workoutvideos #workoutroutine #fitnessroutine #homeworkouts #workoutideas #fitnessexercizes #fitnesstips #homefitnessideas #legday #bootyworkouts #buildabooty #gluteworkout #glutexercises #girlswhotrain #girlswhoworkout #ifbbbikini⁣
